Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL470P, MIR3621, and RN7SL819P. Each is linked with BARX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX1-to-partner and partner-to-BARX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL470P grouped by BARX1-low versus BARX1-high in UCEC.
