BARHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BARHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-470P, VCY, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with BARHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARHL1-to-partner and partner-to-BARHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-470P grouped by BARHL1-low versus BARHL1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
