Across TCGA cell cohorts, BARD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,735 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Regulation of chromosome separation, and Regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with BARD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARD1-to-partner and partner-to-BARD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by BARD1-low versus BARD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
