Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAK1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,070 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAK1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEMA4D, ATG2A_S403, and COLEC12. Each is linked with BAK1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAK1P2-to-partner and partner-to-BAK1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAK1P2 versus SEMA4D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
