Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAK1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,753 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAK1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BAK1P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAK1P2-to-partner and partner-to-BAK1P2 results are reported.
