Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAIAP2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAIAP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-4, PLA2G3, and OR10W1. Each is linked with BAIAP2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-4 grouped by BAIAP2L1-low versus BAIAP2L1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
