BAHCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAHCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAHCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHML, CYB5D1, and LMNB1. Each is linked with BAHCC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAHCC1-to-partner and partner-to-BAHCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHML grouped by BAHCC1-low versus BAHCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAHCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAHCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
