Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 868 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV8-7, MIR920, and LONRF2P2. Each is linked with BAG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG4-to-partner and partner-to-BAG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAV8-7 grouped by BAG4-low versus BAG4-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
