BAG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,661 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCMBP, SETD7, and SAMD8. Each is linked with BAG3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG3-to-partner and partner-to-BAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 versus MCMBP in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
