BAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with BAG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG3-to-partner and partner-to-BAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by BAG3-low versus BAG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
