BAG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,814 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, NXN, and DBN1. Each is linked with BAG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG2-to-partner and partner-to-BAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAG2 versus RAB23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
