Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,010 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB23, UCHL1, and MYL9. Each is linked with BAG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG2-to-partner and partner-to-BAG2 results are reported.
