BAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3K, EXOC5P1, and COA4. Each is linked with BAG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG2-to-partner and partner-to-BAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3K grouped by BAG2-low versus BAG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
