BAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and RNA 3' uridylation. Each is linked with BAD in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAD-to-partner and partner-to-BAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by BAD-low versus BAD-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
