BAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P29, MYLK-AS2, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with BAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAD-to-partner and partner-to-BAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P29 grouped by BAD-low versus BAD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
