Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,088 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BACH1_S196, ITGA5, and MRPL54. Each is linked with BACH1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACH1 versus BACH1_S196 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
