Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MILR1, ALOX5AP, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with BACH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACH1 versus MILR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
