Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PDCD4, and ASNS. Each is linked with BACH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1 results are reported.
