Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BACH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, VWC2, and C9orf92. Each is linked with BACH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH1-to-partner and partner-to-BACH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by BACH1-low versus BACH1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
