Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,385 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHAL6B, NRIP1, and GIHCG. Each is linked with BACE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE2-to-partner and partner-to-BACE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACE2 versus LDHAL6B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
