BACE1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,971 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACE1-AS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUC7L3, MSANTD2, and ZNF202. Each is linked with BACE1-AS in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-BACE1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACE1-AS versus LUC7L3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
