Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BACE1-AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BACE1-AS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher BACE1-AS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BACE1-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and READ show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where BACE1-AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
