Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,945 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACE1-AS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, MRE11, and NUMA1. Each is linked with BACE1-AS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-BACE1-AS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACE1-AS versus RNF214 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
