Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,214 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, SCG2, and ADD1. Each is linked with BAAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAAT-to-partner and partner-to-BAAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAAT versus ASRGL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
