Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p62 Lck ligand, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with BAAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAAT-to-partner and partner-to-BAAT results are reported.
