Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,065 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex assembly, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and UV-damage excision repair. Each is linked with BAAT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAAT-to-partner and partner-to-BAAT results are reported.
