Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, C3orf22, and GOLGA6L22. Each is linked with BAAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAAT-to-partner and partner-to-BAAT results are reported.
