BAALC-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAALC-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAALC-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, RNU6-79P, and RNU6-1155P. Each is linked with BAALC-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAALC-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BAALC-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by BAALC-AS1-low versus BAALC-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAALC-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAALC-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
