B4GALT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,928 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN2B, ATXN1L, and ZFR. Each is linked with B4GALT5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT5-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B4GALT5 versus UBXN2B in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
