B4GALT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,096 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Viral process, and Mitotic centrosome separation. Each is linked with B4GALT5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT5-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by B4GALT5-low versus B4GALT5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
