Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF2, CDK19, and RNF217. Each is linked with B4GALT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT5-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELF2 grouped by B4GALT5-low versus B4GALT5-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
