Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBBP11, SNORA35, and MIR1266. Each is linked with B4GALT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT1-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBBP11 grouped by B4GALT1-low versus B4GALT1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
