The most reproducible B4GALNT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to cadmium ion, Endosomal vesicle fusion, and Regulation of caveolin-mediated endocytosis. Each is linked with B4GALNT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT2 results are reported.
