Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B4GALNT2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated B4GALNT2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher B4GALNT2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B4GALNT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and CHOL show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where B4GALNT2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
