B4GALNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, p38-MAPK, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with B4GALNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3 grouped by B4GALNT2-low versus B4GALNT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
