Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 978 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALNT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of purine nucleotide biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with B4GALNT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT2 results are reported.
