Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25G, CRX, and TAAR6. Each is linked with B4GALNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT2 results are reported.
