Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,087 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, GHITM, and RRM2. Each is linked with B4GALNT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALNT1-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALNT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by B4GALNT1-low versus B4GALNT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
