Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GNT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,100 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GNT9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Positive regulation of protein catabolic process, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with B3GNT9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT9-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT9 results are reported.
