Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B3GNT7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated B3GNT7 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher B3GNT7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B3GNT7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and UCEC are the cancer types where B3GNT7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
