Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B3GNT4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated B3GNT4 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher B3GNT4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B3GNT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, MESO, and HNSC are the cancer types where B3GNT4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
