Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GNT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,388 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GNT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of iron ion transport. Each is linked with B3GNT3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT3-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT3 results are reported.
