Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B3GAT1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated B3GAT1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher B3GAT1-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B3GAT1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where B3GAT1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
