Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GALT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,679 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALT6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycosaminoglycan-protein linkage region biosynthetic process, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Neural tube formation. Each is linked with B3GALT6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT6-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT6 results are reported.
