Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALT5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,087 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GALT5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, FBLN5, and IFT22. Each is linked with B3GALT5-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT5-AS1 results are reported.
