The most reproducible B3GALT5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, FBLN5, and IFT22. Each is linked with B3GALT5-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT5-AS1 results are reported.
