B3GALT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with B3GALT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by B3GALT4-low versus B3GALT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
