Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GALT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GALT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDI2, ASB17, and C12orf40. Each is linked with B3GALT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT4-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDI2 grouped by B3GALT4-low versus B3GALT4-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
