B3GALT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGBP, PSMD7, and TUSC3. Each is linked with B3GALT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B3GALT2 versus MRGBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
