Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B3GALT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B3GALT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with B3GALT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by B3GALT2-low versus B3GALT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B3GALT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B3GALT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
