Across TCGA cell cohorts, B3GALT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,828 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B3GALT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with B3GALT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B3GALT2 results are reported.
